Greenville South Carolina

Greenville and the surrounding towns in the upstate are often ranked as the best places to live in South Carolina.

Northwest of downtown Greenville, you'll find plenty of adventure at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains and in an area full of natural wonders. It is a major corridor in the Southwest of the South Carolinans region, connected by Interstate 35 to Greenfield, Georgia, and by the Atlanta-Charlotte corridor via Interstate 75 in Georgia, and the Charlotte-Atlanta corridor through the southernmost city of the state, Charlotte. It is also a major corridor for Interstate 27, the main north-south highway from Greenboro to Atlanta, while Interstate 28, Interstate 29 and Interstate 30 connect to downtown Atlanta. And Interstate 24, an east-west highway, connects the city with the southeast and west - southwest Georgia; Interstate 23, a south-north highway; and Interstate 26, which is in nearby Spartanburgh and runs northwest from Asheville to Tennessee.

If you don't expect great art in this corner of South Carolina, you might be in for a surprise. Greenville is really very, very popular and one of the places to visit if you are anywhere near Atlanta or Charlotte.
